OpenStudy (anonymous):

9<x<18

OpenStudy (harleyquinn):

Divide by 3 on both sides which gives me x-9<9 and x+9<9. So the answers would be x<18 and x>0?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

divide both sides by 3 gives you |x-9| < 9 this expression is equivalent to -9 < x-9 < 9 add +9 to all the sides you get 0 < x < 18

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so yes :)

OpenStudy (harleyquinn):
