The force of friction on a box is 2N, a force of 3N pulls the box across a table. What is the mass of the box. What is the acceleration of the box?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Strategy: 1) Find mass first 2) Find acceleration using Newton's Second Law In order to find mass, we can use the fact that the object is under 2N friction. \[f=\mu N=\mu mg \] But \(\mu \) is not known. Sooo....we can't find mass :)

oh wow my teacher is trolling me. thank you :)
