I NEED HELP WITH LITERAL EQUATIONS I HAVE A D IN ALGEBRA TWO

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Pay attention in class.

OpenStudy (jwheele1):

@bahrom7893 what variable are you solving for?

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

p = irt i = p/(rt) r = p/(it) t = p/(ir)

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

pick whatever you need

OpenStudy (jwheele1):

What I like to do for a situation where all it has is letters and it wants you to solve for only one of them.....I like to make all of the OTHER letters different numbers

OpenStudy (jwheele1):

then show all of my work...pick easy ones like 1, 0, 10

OpenStudy (jwheele1):

then you can see how it would work if they were numbers.

OpenStudy (jwheele1):

If that is to difficult, try highlighting your variable your solving for each time you write down the new equation
