I hate when I accidentally decide to pick up that draw tool box and move it. It becomes rather sticky.

you pick it up to move it, since its right there in the middle of the screen blocking the information that you are trying to decipher when BAM!! sticky notes lol

I brought it up and moved it. It did behave. When I let go, it let go.

I tried again after that, but this time I tried to draw something first. This is when the stickiness happened for me.

Did you see I added a problem to the question box?
It states something about the notification icon/mail icon not showing up.

Does the browser have something to do with this or was this fix in the last update?
I'm having no trouble with the stickiness of the draw tool window on this computer.
I will check it out on the other computer when I get home.

I think this isn't an issue anymore. Works on this computer too.
