i'm not so sure. Base on my understanding, when engaging in this online study we need 12 hours per week right? so is this the system that will count our hours per week? thanks :)

I imagine this is indicative of the effort we need to spend on the course. 

There is no one to check upon us. After all we did register to learn. If someone doesn't want to put the hours and complete the course, it's up to them!
