what is the next sequence in these? 6,18,19,57,58 6,2,-4,-8-14

It looks like in the first you are alternating multiplying by 3 and adding 1.

For 6,18,19,57,58, the rule is " Times 3, plus 1" To go from 6 to 18, you multiply by 3 To go from 18 to 19, you add 1 To go from19 to 57, you multiply by 3 To go from 57 to 58, you add 1 etc

-4, then -6, then -4 then -6 for the second.
