The figure is the position-versus-time graph of a jogger.(Figure 1) What is the jogger’s velocity at t = 10 m/s?

If you have a position vs time graph then the velocity at any point will be the slope of the function at that point. I assume it's asking for the velocity at 10 SECONDS...look at that point in the graph and determine the slope there.
