OpenStudy (kmullis6):

What often caused conflict between tribes in the Indian Territory? a) trade between tribes. b) differences in religious beliefs. c) boundaries for hunting land. d) the division of crops from shared farmland.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Id have to say between c and d, My answer would be c, Tribes usually shared common religious beliefs and trades do not cause conflict rather it brings respect and fulfillment with one another.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would say c however you could argue that d could have been a direct consequence of the division of crops from shared farm land as this was one of the strategies that the American government adopted to reach the goal of the manifest destiny and to achieve imperialism. As it was their hope that the division of land would create a spark in order for conflict to happen, and end with the deaths of warriors in the tribes.
