Suggest a bill that you would want to propose to one of your representatives. In 3–5 sentences, summarize the content of the bill. Would the bill be more appropriate for presentation to the Senate or the House of Representatives first? Why?

Think of a bill you would like to propose to the HoR, and then summarize it in 3-5 sentences. The bill would then be proposed in the HoR and then the senate, where it would be voted for, or veto, but then the HoR could request it to go to the Commander-In-Chief, the president, and then he/she would either veto, or pass it. BUT, the Senate could veto it, IF \[\frac{2} { 3 }\] of the Senate votes against the bill.
