I understand that, but I dont understand the process in which you go through. could an example be given?
are those x^2 and y^2 or x1y2?
x sub 1, x sub 2, etc...
right. \[ \large (2,3)\cdot(1,5)=(2\cdot1-3\cdot5,2\cdot5+3\cdot1) \] \[ \large =(2-15,10+3)=(-13,13) \]
