16. When Brooke ordered her wedding dress she had to pay a deposit equal to one-third of the full price of the dress. She paid a $600 deposit. What is the full price of her wedding dress? Write the equation then solve. A. 3d = 600; d = 200 B. 1/3d=600;d=$200 C. 1/3d=600;d=1,800 D. 2/3d=600;d=$900
this one confused me
which one do you think it is? do you have any guesses or ideas?
c its c
i wanna say b
le sigh. it's c. do you know now why it's c or do you want me to explain?
no i read the problem wrong
@kaylynn_013 how it is possible that you are paying a deposit greater than actual cost :>
lol, that's a good question. but i don't think she thought about it that way
i thought it said what did she pay cut in 1/3
another thing you cannot divide in option b as 1/3d = 600 d = 600 * 3
ok thanks
