What consciousness is needed to end racism?

A holistic viewpoint, and the riddance of ethnocentrism.
When people stop judging different races according to their own then racism could possibly end. We have to understand that we are all humans regardless of our races. People have created racism by creating judgements that separate groups of people in to levels of better-bad such as "Oh they do this weird so we are better than them etc".
