I am just suggesting...we don't have to do this if we don't want to. But, when people write about themselves, its always the good things. I do it too! When i fill an application i say all the best things about me so i get chosen! But when the application gets flooded with all the good things, you never know the bad side. Some applications i can see where the bad things are. But on some, i get confused. So is there a way we can start to interviews? Maybe not for all the applicants who apply, because i understand there is a LOT. But only for the Finalists who we are taking into consideration?
@ash2326 ! @mathslover @saifoo.khan @loujoelou @Akshay_Budhkar @rebeccaskell94 @Diyadiya @apoorvk @sasogeek @2bornot2b @RahulZ @karatechopper @Tomas.A @zed @cshalvey and anyone else tag?!
That's very right @karatechopper , I also got confused. I had taken the decisions as per their stay on openstudy and natural behaviour but what if some are new but are excellent in welcoming new users? Other than interview there may be a trial?
Trial meaning?
@mathslover
Here trial means : Let them give a fair chance, so that we can conclude to the best five or six among them for ambassadors. That is, the users must be said to act as ambassadors , they must start welcoming users and we will monitor that and after that, we must come to the conclusion for the new ambassadors
this sounds great i think thats a good idea
Thats really good Idea @mathslover , this how we get an good ambassador before he is an ambassador . Nice!
A look at their OS profiles also provides an idea about what the users have been upto. A measure of initiative-taking attitude can be gauged from the answers they have provided.
