Is the answer 0? I'm confused: "Solve each inequality. Graph the solution." 9(x+2)>9(x-3) I could only get to: 9x + 18 > 9x-18 and then I got lost, not sure if it comes out to zero or what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it means that inequality is true for every value of x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

9*3 = 27 u have made a mistake 9(x+2) > 9(x-3) 9x+18 >9x - 27

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so try to correct it and solve it ... u will get ur answers...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

still you will get the same ans.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

inequality is true for every value of x since 0>-45.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yaa still u will get the same answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Alright, alright. I got it now. Like shub said: 0>-45. Thank you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wait, so how do I graph that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you cant graph the solution because for any value of x u will 0 > -45 may u can say X belongs to R

|dw:1348841878353:dw| I'm so confused. All it is is this kind of graphing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nevermind, I figured it out.
