hello back mate,
well it depends on what operating system u use.
im on windows 7 and i downloaded the :
Windows X86-64 MSI Installer (2.7.3) [1] (sig)

The above is for a 64-bit machine. If you are on a 32-bit machine then the Python 2.7.3 Windows Installer is more appropriate.

Use the following link for a 32-bit machine:
