basically u can to write a proportion: \[\frac{ 3 }{ 5 }\] and that equals \[\frac{ 3 }{ x }\] where to the numbers corresponding to same sides

so, \[\frac{ 3 }{ 5 }=\frac{ 3 }{ x }\] is your proportion
