Question

For f(x) = x + 1, f(-1/2) is supposed to be undefined. Is it really undefined, and why is it undefined. I don't understand.

f(x) = x+1 is perfectly well defined everywhere.

in the f(-) is actually is -1/2

mayb f(x) is defined for just intergers.. if u may recheck the ques..
or else there might be some mistake..
