How to fan anyone?

@goformit100 Hover your mouse pointer over the profile pic of the person you want to fan.
A small window will appear, where you'd be able to see:
1) the person's smartscore
2) fan status= if you are already his fan or you'd see "become a fan" button
3)send message button
4)block user button

Click on the "become a fan button" and voila :)

Step 1 for becoming a moderator: don't ask how to become a moderator. We choose those we believe are ready for it.

Good job, OP, by asking for moderator it actually lowers your chance of becoming one.
