For the two to be parallel, each of the corresponding angles would need to be equal
Its actually quite simple given the choices you have, as angles 2 3 and 4 are all related to line a. So angle 7 = 120 is the answer just by process of elimination
But the reasoning would be that angle 3 and the given angle are equal and angle 7 corresponds to angle 3
so the answer is c
