I really need your help! It's about writing an annotated bibliography format. We need to find a topic with 3 articles related to our topic. My question is related to citation. Do I need to put the title of the article in my citation or just the title of the book and the topic? If my question is confusing and you would like me to post an example please let me know. Thank you!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

title and author

OpenStudy (anonymous):

have you picked a topic yet?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes I did, I have a topic from the book and my 3 articles are from the same book too.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok good work!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So just the title of the book and the author?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes sir/mam and maybe the page as well if you got the articles from the book...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

maybe?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i am pretty sure lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok so the book is called Child development. My topic is cultural influences and I have 3 articles.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Berk, Laura E. and Roberts, William L. (2009) Child development 3/E: Cultural influences. Toronto, Canada: Pearson Canada Inc. Is this right? I didn't include the title of the article.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok that is fine for the book reference, but when you list the articles make sure you add the page number next to it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
