you know that y=mx+b is the equation, where m is your slope and b is your y intercept, so if you look at the given values you automatically should know this line is going to cross the y intercept at (0,3) and since your m or slope is 4, it's a whole number so it is over one, so imagine your slope is up four over one, therefore if you begin at (0,3) your second point would be at (7,1) and the line would go thru both points.
oh ok cause the example i have is showing me another way thats y thx though.
