How do you become a moderator?

The answer is simple: You don't.

You don't, "try," to become a moderator. There is no technique or paper you have to fill out. You simply use OpenStudy often, and if the admins see that you're fit for the position then they will promote you.

Tip: Simply asking for moderator will actually decrease your chance of becoming one.
