Only an admin can change a username, and even then it'll be a difficult process. Once you have a username you can assume that you're stuck with it, unless the username contains flame or is inappropriate then it may be banned or changed.


It is very unlikely that an admin will decide to change your username. If you want a new one I suggest making a new account.
