you know your slope intercept equation is y=mx+b where m is your slope and b is your y intercept or where the line crosses the y line. this is already set up for you. if you look at it, you swill see that the first point would be at (0, 10) because that is the y intercept, your slope is -3, so think of it as -3/1, in other words from (0,10) you would go down three points and over one, leaving your next point at (7,1) then draw a line through the points.
