this question had to do with Sudan IV test. sudan IV is suppose to dissolve with hydrophobic substances, like oil. but the thing is it didnt dissolved with a solution of white bread and oil. instead it dissolved with a solution of white bread and water. is my experiment wrong or what is in the white bread to do this thing. can any one please help me. thank you
