What is the difference between uniform circular motion and nonuniform circular motion?
I'm reading. Apparently uniform circular motion is when the force is directed towards the center and nonuniform is when the force is not directed towards the center.
So the only difference is one is traveling at a non-constant speed ie accelerating. So nonuniform circular motion is when you are accelerating while going in a circle.
Uniform circular motion is also an accelerated motion. So in uniform circular motion velocity keeps changing.Since velocity is a vector so it has magnitude and direction also. In uniform circular motion magnitude of velocity is constant but direction keeps changing. Nonuniform circular motion: Both magnitude and direction of velocity keep changing.

first of all in all kinds of circular motions the direction of the velocity vector changes at every instant.. so the uniform circular motion is that in which MAGNITUDE of velocity(SPEED) IS SAME AT EVERY INSTANT. in non uniform circular motion the SPEED keeps changing..
