PLEASE HELP ME! I NEED THIS LAPTOP FOR SCHOOL! (and anime, email, art, etc)
I might have a computer virus?
I keep getting netflix popups and my email is getting hijacked and somehow Avast! antivirus on its stuck off. :O How do I fix it? I am posting from my phone because my computer keeps making lots of netflix popups that cover the screen then has bsod and restart. Connexus (internet school) does not work on my phone and I don't want to get behind and I want to watch InuYasha!

well um the first thing your SUPPOSED to do is run your anti virus and malware and trojan stuff

you need access to another PC and a flash drive then when you have that download malware bytes just google it and click first thing that comes up pretty much than put the file on the drive and plug that into your laptop
THEN run the setup and then run the software
