HOW DO I USE FACTORING AND THE ZERO-PRODUCT PROPERTY TO SOLVE THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[z(z-1)(z+3)=0\]

OpenStudy (andriod09):

a)distribute first. b)use the \[(z\pm?)(z\pm?)\]

OpenStudy (andriod09):

\[z(z-1)(z+3)=0\] \[(z^{2}-1z)(z^{2}+3z)\]

OpenStudy (andriod09):

so then:\[(z^{2}-1z)=0\] \[\huge \text OR\] \[(z^{2}+3z)=0\] \[\huge \text so:\] \[(z^{2}+1z)=0\] \[\huge \text OR\] \[(z^{2}-3z)=0\]
