Two lines are parallel when they have the same slope y=ax+b where a=slope and b=y-intercept y=-8x-3 what will the slope be in here??? after u find the slope u have to use this formula y-y0=slope*(x-x0) where (x0;y0) are the coordinates of the point given (-1;4)
