How many ways are there to choose four team members from 4 boys and 8 gils if there must be at least 2 girls

OpenStudy (anonymous):

girls*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay so we need four people. We can either do 2 girls 2 boys, 3 girls 1 boy, or 4 girls. These are mutually exclusive so if we can just add them up without double counting. Do you still need further help?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

4 boys and 8 gil? Hmm so you give 2 gil to each final fantasy character, and let them go shopping :O

Okay, another hint. The action of choosing 2 boys and then 2 girls are both independent. Thus we can count them individually and multiply them to count both. Now I've made it really easy for you.
