OpenStudy (nsh4267):

Solve the inequality, and express the solutions in terms of intervals whenever possible.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is that needs to be solved?

OpenStudy (nsh4267):

\[16^{2}\ge9x\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh...dont know but @cgreenwade2000 can prob help! Good Luck!

OpenStudy (cgreenwade2000):

If you're just solving for x, all you need to do is divide both sides of the inequality by 9.

OpenStudy (nsh4267):

\[16x^{2}\ge9x\] this what its actually supposed to be

OpenStudy (cgreenwade2000):

Oh, ok.

OpenStudy (cgreenwade2000):

Divide both sides by x then.

OpenStudy (cgreenwade2000):

Tell me what you get.

OpenStudy (nsh4267):

\[16x \ge 9\]

OpenStudy (nsh4267):

I got it.

OpenStudy (cgreenwade2000):

Right. So then we divide by 16 on each side. and there is really no set of intervals besides x>= 9/16
