well, i guess to construct it, you have to find the angle bisector of abc. so however you find and angles bisector is what you would do to construct it.

and when you sketch it, it has to be of equal width of the other sides|dw:1349126098441:dw|
so you'd have to draw the angles bisector, then measure the width of the other sides. half the width of the other sides and add that to both sides of your bisector
