This is a very vague question, but the main way to improve your computer's performance is through improving its hardware. Most laptops are not designed to have their hardware changed, but it is possible to improve the speed of your laptop by looking into:

solid-state drives instead of hard drives
faster processors
more memory (i.e., RAM)
faster graphics cards

Other things to look into are stopping programs from opening when you turn on your computer, running anti-virus software (but not while gaming) and gaming on a faster network.
