How do I submit Problem Set Assignments? I finished watching the lecture videos and downloaded Python. I need to submit Problem sets 0 and 1. Can someone please help me? I would really appreciate it. Thank you kindly.

I don't think there is a way to submit a problem set.  I have just been submitting them to myself.  The submitting instructions at the end of the problem sets are from when the class was actually going on at MIT and the students were supposed to turn their work in.  They give the answers to most of the problem sets, so you should be able to just turn it in to yourself and check your code for errors.  note: The goal in the problem sets seems to be basically to get it to do what the instructions asked, not to get the code exactly the same as the code in the answers.
