Local maximum are the places where your derivative is 0 and the parabola faces down, local minimum is the opposite, the derivative is 0 parabola faces up. Global maximum and minimum are the highest and lowest values of the function on the interval. So on your graph you have a local maximum on x = 3, and a global minimum on x = 6. I don't know about the dislocated point on x =2, sorry.
