Wow, notifications really must not be working. Eeek. :/ The names of the diseases will help you. Inflammations and infections usually end in "-itis" so that makes two of the options possible and makes two others impossible. The only thing left to do is distinguish whether the connective tissue in the wrist is a tendon or whether it is a bursae. Any thoughts?

You might look at the second part of the question this way. Wrists contain many tendons - many muscles attaching to bones - but they don't contain any bursae at all.
