Been a while since electronics class, so with an extremely large grain of salt, I'd say 1 and 3...the polarity is reversed, but they'd behave the same in either direction.

@vannayen, I'd trust your judgement ahead of mine...it's been too long. In fact, scrap my original answer. I think you're right. The second one *looks* different, but I think that's just layout, not physics.
