For kirchoff's rules why are the voltages the same while the currents are different while having different ohms? Like you started with 10 ohms then increased it to 75 ohms.

the Voltage describes the energy difference between the two terminals of the power source, this voltage exists even when the terminas are not connected. the Intensity of the current describes the motion of the electrons in a component of a circuit. Resistance describes the resistance of the component to electron motion.
