Calc I Quotient rule problem,

What table are you talking about?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

So you know the quotient rule yes Jason? Having trouble getting the right answer? :o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, because I'm told that I need to use a product rule, but I don't see how

zepdrix (zepdrix):

|dw:1349155154823:dw| You can write your denominator like this if you prefer to do the product rule. I changed the sqrt to a 1/2 power, and then moving up to the numerator changes it to a -1/2. Quotient rule will be a tiny bit less work, since you'll already have a common denominator when you solve. It depends which way you feel more comfortable with though :)
