Write the equation of the line which passes through (2, –3) and is perpendicular to y = 4x + 7 in standard form.

all such equations are similar, please note that you have to find the slope if lines are perpendicular then slope will be m_1 x m_2 = -1 and use standard formula for point slope form ie. (y-y_1) = m (x-x_1)
