So, the link for the abuse sends us to a still screen that has the offense red flagged; is there a way to get the hover to work for that screen so that we can send a warning or some such moderatable activity directly from that screen?

Aha. I see. You'd have to hunt them down, if you're lucky. That screen is pretty barebones, and it's very very old (hasn't gotten love in a loooong time).
