B
because of dividing in the problem?
Answers A, C, and D all have something other than "1" in the denominator. Answer B is "per pound"... meaning "per 1 pound".... just like "per 1 minute" in the last problem
I was just going to answer that :)
They are all ratios, but only B is expressed in a unit rate.
