If Isaiah wants to develop an exercise habit, he needs to work out regularly for _____. 5-10 days 15-20 days about a month about a year

OpenStudy (aaronq):

after you've been injured your muscles have deteriorated so basically you'll hurt yourself if you do a, c or d

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am sorry... I don't know these and hate to guess and get you on the wrong track... good luck

OpenStudy (aaronq):

it'd say c, but this question is really subjective. you'd need a background on Isaiah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I've heard as a rule of thumb that it takes 3 weeks of anything to make a habit. That doesn't work for either answer b or c. Maybe Isaiah is unique, just like the rest of us.
