Greenpeace International's positon would most likely be against the idea because they may see that fossilfuels are limited and take years to build back up. Also they would be against it because of beliefs that the fuels are bad for the environment. To stop it they may petition or riot, however there are more violent ways of them getting their point across these ways would be by destroying the tools needed to support your company as well as keeping the area blocked in.
