well trouble breathing ( obviously) and tightness in the chest and heart palpitations and shooting pain through left arm and chest with lips and fingers turning blue.

are you asthmatic or suffer from hayfever

I dont think I suffer from hayfever however I am an asthmatic but I have not have had an attack for 3 years.

well sometimes if you are under stress or pressure and of course if you have done strenuous physical activity then this can endure an attack.
