Well, in this case you have to combine like terms 7q and 2q 7q−1+2q≤29 add 7 and 2 together 9q -1 ≤ 29 Then add 1 to both sides +1 +1 ------------ 9q ≤ 30 then divide /9 /9 ---------------- q ≤ 30/9
