i keep on trying to use cellsalive but it wont help.
can you help me?

I have never tried to use cellsalive - we are looking at http://www.cellsalive.com/ ? - and I don't know what you are trying to do with it. But whatever it is, we can try to work through it together...

OK - could you go to the page that has the cell models that you are trying to use, copy the address and post it here? That way we are both looking at the same thing.

For me it says "Loading..." for about thirty seconds. Then it gives me a choice of whether I want to see a plant cell or an animal cell. Do you get that far?

Cool. I assume you want to click on the option for the animal cell...?

When I do that, it beeps (!!!) and shows me a pretty nice looking animal cell. It lets me highlight things and select things and gives me info about what I click on!
