OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol just do the same thing! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@mady625 Can you start with distribution to remove the parentheses?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4s+6-9s<10-5s

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks chlorophyll

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what next? did i get it right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Great :) Now isolate the variable terms to the right side:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i need help with that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4s+6-9s < 10 -5s When you switch the term, the signs will become opposite: 4s -9s + 5s < 10 - 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so then it is -5s+5s<4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-> 0 < 4 ( always true)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks
