When is one suppose to use L'Hospitals Rule in limits and when one use product and chain rule in derivatives? Also how do you find derivative of a ln and a exponential number?

OpenStudy (shamuta):

the derivative of ln should be \[\frac{ 1 }{ x }\] Explaining L'Hospitals rule is tricky, especially when there are different scenarios. So here's an amazing site that helped me during Calc2 http://www.khanacademy.org/math/calculus/differential-calculus/v/introduction-to-l-hopital-s-rule
