China influenced Japan in ways such as the religions of Buddhism and confucianism, and Japan's Shinto religion is similar to China's Daoism. Hope this helped!

sure. he Japanese Imperial Court also adopted bureaucracy that is similar to Confucian principles. City- planning was also adopted by the Japanese. Confucianism focuses on governance and society which interested the Japanese. Buddhism is a systematic belief system. The local Japanese religions were forced by the Chinese to define themselves related to Buddhism in some way.
