sure. he Japanese Imperial Court also adopted bureaucracy that is similar to Confucian principles. City- planning was also adopted by the Japanese. Confucianism focuses on governance and society which interested the Japanese. Buddhism is a systematic belief system. The local Japanese religions were forced by the Chinese to define themselves related to Buddhism in some way.
